Disable Jetpack modules across multisite

I’ve searched for ways to do this, and haven’t found answers.

I have a multisite with several admins each running a blog.

I want to disable certain Jetpack modules, while leaving some activated across the entire network.

For instance, I want to disable the Mobile Theme module across the network without having to visit each subsite and verifying that it’s turned off.
