Disable live traffic

Why is there no simple feature such as disabling live traffic. The freedom to disable and enable the features we want should be the simplest. Searched all day on google on how to disable live traffic but non seem to work. Somewhere here, enabling the security live traffic was recommended. No, how do I disable the live traffic totally? Wordfence is more realiable and authentic no to have this kind of feature. Please consider it.
