Are your referring to the 1.5 User Levels or the new Roles and Capabilities in 2.0?
You can make a user a Subscriber in 2.0 so they don’t see the Manage menu.

I looked there.lvl 0 cannot post.i want users can see dashboard , write (moderate by staff of course) and profile etc.I dont want to see who post what.
Lvl 1 is great but i dont want that manage tab.Need badly :/

Thanks i m lookin now..Hmm i ll remove manage tab from the menu and call modarate.php manually.. 😉
EDIT :
im changing permisson (menu.php ) manage tab and all under menus there to lvl 5 but no difference ..hmm
