the plugin does not add posts or pages.
Can you please clarify what exactly you would like to disable?
This meta box is shown when some block has enabled individual exceptions:

So you need to disable individual exceptions for all blocks.
I think you are not getting what I am trying to say.
I said, when I add a new page or post, there is a Ad Inserter meta on bottom of the page.
I want to disable that to decrease the server load (scripts)
As explained, this meta box is shown so you can edit exceptions for insertion. When there is no block with individual exceptions the box is not shown.
Each post has on the top Screen settings option where you can enable/disable individual meta boxes – there you can disable Ad Inserter Pro Individual Exceptions.
