    Hello,

How do i disable a modal window popup. I was told it in the row setting and tick disable row. But i get an empty pop up still, seems to be hiding the content rather than the pop up. Not sure how to hide/ disable it.

    Hello.

What do you mean ‘disable a modal window popup’?
Can you send the link to the page with the issue and describe more about the problem?

    Hello,

    Here is the website:
    https://www.larkmead-school.com/

The pop up that appears on the website was switched on by the previous IT tech at the school. I was told you select “disable row” in the row settings and the pop up disappears.

We want to it to go immediately on the website without the pop up.

Sorry, but This plugin ‘Modal Window’ not install on your site. You use another plugin for popup

It falls under the visual composer section of the page. I access the page to edit, by going on the left toolbar- Modal Window page- all items- school announcements and then edit that particular page. The content falls under visual composer

You don’t use the plugin ‘Modal Windows’ on the page https://www.larkmead-school.com/.
You use the plugin ‘Modal Wave’ or other. I can not help you if you use not my plugin

Hello, I have the similar problem. I want to disable the modal window; however, it still shows up. Therefore, I try to deactivate the plugin “Modal Window”. Unfortunately, there is no change. Would you provide a solution for me? My website is: https://www.metrostorage.com.hk/

    Thanks!
