Disable notifications in admin

    Is there a way to disable the notifications in the admin for administrators and editors?
    They are very annoying and some editors can’t edit posts anymore.

    I totally agree — those admin notifications are very intrusive, especially for editors.
    Would be great to have an option to disable them or restrict them to Super Admin only.
