Disable PHP in Plugins with exceptions

    I want to enable Disable PHP in Plugins with exceptions option, but I am calling some ajax files in the admin side inside some plugins .

    How can I whitelist these requests , while enabling the Disable PHP in Plugins with exceptions.

    I want these ajax to be working, currently its returning 403
