Disable Register Page

Hi There, is there a way to disable the register page? I use a separate plugin to register (and approve) users, but use everything else (login, reset password etc) with Theme My Login. Having the Register page still visible is getting spam registrations, and since I don’t need it active would like to disable just that page. Is there a code snippet for this? Thanks!
