Hi Kyle,
You can disable the registration through WSDesk. Go to general settings of WSDesk->Ticket raisers(who can raise a ticket). Select the option All instead of registered users.

Thanks for the quick reply.
That would not work for me, however, as I want to include the ability to attach files.
What I need is only registered users can see / add tickets and no “Need an Account / Register button.”
Is that not possible?
