Disable Scrollwheel Zoom

I want to disable scrollwheel zoom in Google Placemark 1.10.3. I found this old thread (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-basic-google-maps-placemarks-lock-zoom-on-17-scrollwheel-and-double-click?replies=5) but it was for V1.7.

Any help would be much appreciated.
