    Hi,

    more I’m getting to know your plugin, more I’m enthusiastic about it. πŸ™‚

    However I’ve been wondering, would it be possible to prevent users to manually install plugins and prevent them to install/activate only certain plugin type – e.s. for cloning or caching etc. trough dashboard?

    Thank you.

    @najram,

    Thank you for being enthusiastic about AAM. Yes, you can prevent a user from activating or installing certain plugins with Access Policy
    https://aamplugin.com/reference/policy#plugin.

    Keep me posted if anything.

    Regards,

    Hi,

    this is a possibility … but, what if I would like to prevent users from installing/activating plugin type/group, not only a single or named list of plugins?

    In other words, let’s say, that I only need to prevent them from using all plugins for cloning/backuping the website – files and database, while allowing them to install and activate other types of plugins, how could I achieve that?
