Our plugin doesn’t currently include an option to disable some of the default sorting options.
What I can do is share your feature request with our product team. I can’t guarantee that this will make it onto our development roadmap, as we base our product improvements on a number of factors.
Would you be able to provide any other details as to why disabling the default sorting options would be helpful?
