Disable Template for Specific Email

    I’m using Gravity Forms to send an HTML Confirmation notice that uses the site logo in the banner but I’m also using your plugin to customize emails with the site logo.

    I need to exclude this particular email from getting customized. Is it possible?

    Thank you for your reply. I have read the same reply in other posts that are requesting the same functionality.

    For example, in this post https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/disable-for-certain-emails/ the OP added some code to prevent the email from being sent but I’m not sure where he added that code.

    Is there anything you can suggest to prevent the logo and footer from appearing on a specific email?

    I hope you are doing well.

    We have added the Disable template code in our Beta version, that contains Added option to disable template if {{disable_template}} is passed within the message body.

    Download it from here, test it and let me know.

    Unfortunately, I can’t test this on my production environment and I don’t have a staging site.

    I’ll wait until the next release and will update the plugin for sure.
