What kind of crash do you have?
Do you have any message or error number?
Is there a problem with your plugin?
As far I know, no.
But maybe it could be a conflict with another plugin or the theme.
Can you please try this?
Open your wp-config file and enable debug, adding these lines
`define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); `
Go to wp-content/debug.log file and check if you have any Fatal error there

After a week, I activated the Zoo plugin, it currently works, when it creates a problem, I will send you a photo in the same link

Can you please link the Zoo plugin? I’ve searched it in google but with no luck.
In the meantime, can I ask to delete or edit the review? We’re still not sure YASR is causing the error 🙂
P.s. I see you’re including both Overall Rating and Visitor Votes in your pages.
Since you’re not using the overall rating feature, I suggest to disable it: in Yasr Settings, under ” Use Auto Insert? ” select Visitor Votes (screenshoot here https://snipboard.io/oMhV7r.jpg )
