Disable TopUp option

How can I disable topup option I use wallet as a refund method, so I do not want them to topup the wallet.

Because most of the clients are dum and when they add a topup option they try to buy something else why the item is in the cart and its an issue, which they do not know how to solve….

I would like to remove the option to top it up…
