Same problem. I didn’t want to have the old WC Admin because it couldn’t be translated into German (easy). Now you just get it pressed on with a toilet. I don’t think it’s good, especially if you can’t turn it off. Either you can turn it off or the developer does it so that you can also translate the Java strings.
