It seems that you are asking for the guest appointment booking similar to Woocommerce guest checkout in which customers can book the appointment but actual user registration won’t be done and only email will be sent out to customers after booking an appointment from the website.
If that is the case, then we will definitely put this feature under consideration.

Yes, guest booking is the one I am talking about. It would be a must have feature.

Yes, we have already added this feature in our pipeline and it will be available in one of the BookingPress’ future releases.

I’m glad to inform you that guest booking feature is not available in BookingPress plugin. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version and you can use this feature.
There will be a setting in ‘Customers’ tab on ‘Settings’ page whether you want to create WordPress user or not. Just OFF that switch in it will work just fine.
