Disabled automatically, async requests blocked

    I am getting this message on the background optimization
    “Disabled automatically, async requests blocked”

    I clicked on the help button.

    I was able to see the following message from apache access log
    “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wp_ewwwio_test_optimize&nonce=8c15b4d6cd HTTP/1.1” 400 1

    I am using wordfence and tried to turn it off and then re-test but the result is still the same.

    can you help with this? let me know if you need anything further.
