Hello Marwan,
Could you please check to see if you server has a timeout limit?
Please also follow these steps:
Open Developer Console and Network Tab in Chrome and while you are there, please try to generate an article and see if there is any error in Network Tab. If you see a 504 Timeout error it means your webserver have a timeout limit and blocking incoming responses after a certain time. If that is the case, please contact with your hosting provider and try to increase this limit.
Please let me know.
Best regards
Senol
what specific value to change the timeout limit do you suggest?

It really depends on your content length.
For example, each heading takes around 20-25 seconds to be generated.
If you select 3 heading and no image, no introduction etc.. it should take around 1 minute.. But sometimes it’s faster than that dependent on OpenAI server load..
So if you need to generate longer contents like with 10 headings + image + intro etc.. i would suggest at least 2-3 minute timeout limit.. But it really changes from each user server specs.. some users are reported that they can produce around 10 headings in 1 minute.. so i am assuming server spec also have huge impact on content generation.
