    If you mean to disable the “Paste as text” button — yes, just remove it from the toolbar.

    Generally you cannot control what is copied. If you copy from a browser, it copies both as text and as HTML, then pastes the appropriate content when pasting. If you’re copying from another app, it usually copies only text.
