Disabled plugin stays enabled

Hello,
I am using for plugin for years and really like it. Anyway, I disabled the premium plugin “Product Filter for Woocommerce” on the “post type plugins” page for type “product” and as well via selective page loading on my woocommerce shop page. Anyway, it still shows up in the product archive page and the single product pages. I want it to be active only on the product archive page but not on the single product pages. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
