When encountering errors either within the application or on the ManageWP console, please share a screenshot of the error for better understanding. Additionally, could you please verify the issue by clicking on the “Deactivate & Delete” action buttons?

Thanks for the response. We got no error from ManageWP, but when we hit the Deactivate button (not deactivate and delete) it starts spinning in ManageWP queue, but then noting happens. After a while it stops spinning and the plugin is not deactivated.
So we contacted ManageWP, and they say, deactivating is not working because of the Breeze_ConfigCache error.
Could you please ask ManageWP to share the complete error message? It would greatly assist us in understanding the conflict scenario.
