Disabled plugins getting deactivated when others updated

    Hi,

    I’ve got a bunch of plugins disabled for /wp-admin (and children). This was working great until recently, but now whenever I update any plugins all of these disabled-in-wp-admin plugins get deactivated completely. I can reactivate them manually, but just wondered if you’d come across this one?

    (btw, this is basically the best plugin ever – completely saved me on a complex site that was running slowly, so thank you very much for all your work!)

    I have not come across that. When you say that you are updating them are you updating them from the plugins page or the update page that lists all available updates?

    It’s from the plugins page at /wp-admin/plugins.php.

    Ok I think I know what the problem is. I need to prevent the plugins from being disabled on update.php, update-core.php, and plugins.php. Right now it is prevented on plugins.php but not the other 2. I will get a new version released with this fix in place after I have some time to test it. Maybe today. Probably tomorrow though.

    I have released version 2.6.3 that should fix your issue. Let me know if you are still having problems after updating.
