• Funny challenging bug.
    Error #500

    Order of bugshooting:
    1. recreate .htacces (remove/rename old one first)
    2. restore with latest content wp-admin and wp-includes folder
    3. disable (rename) plugins directory.

Well after disabling plugins one by one by renaming the folder..this plugin was the source of the Error #500
Website off-line and admin panel not available.

In this case renaming/removing the plugin directory recovered the website.

    Hi,

My apologies by the inconvenience, this issue has not been reported previously.

Could you indicate what version of the plugin have you installed, please? And please, could you send me the list of other plugins installed in your WordPress? If you prefer to send this information in private mode, please, use my personal support page:

The error may be caused by a coincidence in the name of functions or classes between our plugin, and another plugin installed in your website.

With your help we can create a product useful for everyone.

    Thank you very much.
