Disabling a plugin

Hi, I’ve been having a problem with a plugin. I’ve been talking to the developer and this is what they told me to do. Please help, because I don’t know what to do here:

I downloaded your web page to debug.
The issue is with either WPCOM sharing plugin or jQuery itself. I removed WPCOM sharing file and replaced jQuery with mine one, it worked.
Try by disabling/enabling this plugin and/or updating your theme. You should probably call your theme developer.”
