Disabling caching for admins

Hi,

I’m wondering if there’s any way to disable caching exclusively for admins? I know you can disable it for “known users” under advanced, but for us, that is too much, as we have actual registered users that are not editors or admins. It would help a lot when making changes to the site, so we can test things out without clearing the cache with every change, instead doing it just once at the end once we know the changes work.
