    Hi Kasia,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I have cleared my browser cache, and even reinstalled Shareholic, but the settings I enter (eg disabling counter and also changing colour and size of buttons) just don’t save. Very strange?

The website I look after for a friend is http://www.drmarkdooley.com but I have left the buttons out until I am able to put them back in customized.

    Thank you again!

    Hi there,

Could you please enable the buttons so that we can troubleshoot this for you?

Let us know when you enabled them.

    Thank you in advance!

Thanks Kasia for being so prompt.

Have re-enabled the buttons. Normally, as I saved them, they should be pink and round and the counter should be off.

Hope we can work out a solution because I am anxious to get it right for my friend.

    Thanks so much again.

Actually, I see the buttons as I saved them when I open a ‘Private Navigation’ tab on Google Chrome, and when I check the site on my phone. Otherwise, on Google Chrome on my computer, I see the buttons in their non-customized form.

I would now like to insert the buttons in the menu – alongside the About, etc. Contact tabs, but I’ll ask for your advice in another post.

Thanks so much again Kasia for all your help.
