Disabling Gravatar Image

    For my three authors, I have manually uploaded their avatars and selected that custom image in their author profile, but when I run a PageSpeed test, one of the issues that shows up is loading the gravatar from secure.gravatar.com, which causes a lower score for the page.

    Why is the author image being pulled from Gravatar when I have it locally uploaded to my website and it’s whats set for the Author Profile as well?

    Hi @ajaffarali ,

    Thank you for using our plugin.
    The Author’s custom image from PublishPress should override the one from Gravatar. Did you only manually upload the avatars of those authors? Or perhaps did you manually upload more than 3 but only these 3 who face the issue?

    I think it was the cache that was causing the gravatar to be loaded- once I cleared that, I can confirm that the author images are now loading locallly
