Hello @jsttan,
We will discuss your question in the upcoming work week and inform you of the results. Please, wait.
To stop collecting IP addresses of website visitors, you need to disable FireWall: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → Security FireWall. But this will, accordingly, disable the ability to block unwanted traffic on the site.
Disabling the brute force protection and security logs is not provided in our plugin. Could you please elaborate on the reason for your desire?

Hi there,
I do not want to enable security logs, as it doesn’t means anything much to me, as I am not planning to monitor each and all of my traffic. Next, live security logs like this is not allowed, if not outright illegal in many countries around the world, and I want to be comply with all of those laws.
Next, for the brute force protection, it collect IP addresses from my users, to perform this, but I do not wanted to collect any sort of PII (including IP addresses) from my users at all time.
I hope you could understand.
Please wait for our response.
CleanTalk is fully GDPR compliant. And GDPR allows to collect IP addresses in some conditions. Specifically in our case the condition is that an IP address is necessary to provide protection from fraud, cyberattacks and also to provide cybersecurity of infrastructure. These details are in our privacy policy documents, you should sign them here:

Agreement from a website visitor is required only if an IP address will be used for advertisement/marketing purposes and other inessential functions.
