    Hello
    I have created a main menu item that has multiple submenus. So when user selects the item it displays the submenus and expects the user to select the submenu. But I found that some users inadvertently, or not understanding, click the main menu item instead of selecting the submenus. Naturally, this takes to the blank page.
    So how can you make the main menu item not responsive when user accidentally clicks it?
    Thank you,
    Myo

  • Hi,

    In Appearance -> Menus
    you can use Custom Links.

    In the URL input, you can use #
    This will prevent it from resolving to URL when clicked.

    Thank you
