    Hi,

We do not support older versions of the plugin. You need to update the plugin and all add-ons to the latest version.

This may be a bug which has been fixed.

    Are you kidding me?

I started a project 4 weeks ago with your plugin. I have paid you hundreds of Euros. At the time version 7 was not released. Obviously I wasn’t going to build a live project with beta software.

Two weeks after my dev work began you released 7.0. I’m not going to use x.0 software on a live site. I’ll wait until x.1. So I am not upgrading to v7 just yet.

    Hi,

    No, I am not kidding.

7.0.4 is not beta version, it is considered stable. 7.1 will not bring any particular bug fixes. We name our releases x.y.z:

    – x when major version (something may be breaking customizations you have done)
    – y when new features (backwards compatible with customizations)
    – z when bug fixes only.

So 7.0.something will be here for some time.

Did you update the add-on? The latest addon version is compatible only with 7.x version of the main plugin.

The point is that I bought this plugin and 8 add ons on the 1st June and immediately started working with it. 7.0 wasn’t out!

I’ve put in dozens of hours modifying templates. Now you want me to do it all again before you’ll answer this one question?

I’m sure you honestly believe 7.0.4 is stable and not beta software. However you probably thought the same about 7.0.3, and that turned out to have a rather large bug.

I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

Yes, feel free to use our support forum for premium add-ons at http://wp-customerarea.com/support. So not forget to write there which add-on version you have.
