Disabling the plugin crashed site

    After disabling the Cloudflare plugin, the site crashed. I logged into the Cloudflare dashboard and turned the SSL off, which made the website go live on the frontend (Not Secure) but is still preventing us from accessing the WordPress Dashboard with this error:

    This page isn’t working
    mysite.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    I’ve contacted our hosting company to help reactivate the plugin.

    Please advise how to proceed so we can access the backend or safely deactivate/remove the plugin.
