Disabling your plugin loses all settings

    Hi,

    I love your plugin but I have had to disable all plugins to test an issue I have elsewhere on my site. When I activate your plugin all settings have disappeared. Is this normal behaviour?

    [Edit] I notice your widget appears in the Inactive Widgets section so maybe this isn’t so much of an issue.

    The widget settings and content are all stored by the widgets system in the database, and deactivating a widget plugin might indeed lose the settings if the widget system performs a save. It should move it to inactive as you have found, but this isn’t a function of the plugin, it’s just how widgets work in the WordPress core.
