DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT disables plugin

    I use DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT on my sites, but this seems to deactivate this plugin silently, even if it lists as active.

    DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT is for disabling the built-in file editor for plugins and themes. Main use is enhanced security.

    I have not seen other plugins that fails because of this.
