Honestly not sure what to suggest or say here. Despite CPTUI being the plugin that registers the post type, we don’t do anything special with the content that gets published after the fact. That’s all WordPress core at that point.
Can you clarify what you mean with “disappear” ? Like it looks like the text is no longer there?
I can’t do anything with the site link, as that points to the WP admin which I wouldn’t have access to.
Did you figure this one out @yogmahadeo ?
Sorry for the late response. Too much changes…. Unfortunately the problem persists. If I open a post page from a CPT set, it opens fine, if i dare refresh, or use back button and then come back, the content of the page is not viewable. Case in point, there is nothing viewable on https://mahadeo.foundation/bhajans_english/allah-tero-naam/… I even tried clearing cache etc. But problem continues. WP help says its not them, Hashthemes says its not them…. it only happens with the CPT areas not other areas. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
I don’t have any new answers or suggestions. When editing the posts, do they persistently have the expected content? Meaning the information is being saved and kept in the database. If yes, then it’s a display issue of some sort, which is going to be your theme more than anything.
I understand and am really thankful that you responded. Indeed, the content is there, it comes up at odd times – and if I clear WP cache, it comes up. But soon as I refresh or try to reopen some of the pages, it shows blank. Yes, the content is indeed stored. Thank you once again. I will reach out to hashthemes on it – even though they already said they do not own any issues. Once again, many thanks.
If you’re managing to experience it on a dev copy of your site as well, could be worth switching to one of the default themes that come with WordPress core to see if the same behavior happens.
