Disappointed

Updated Review: I have revised my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The developer did finally reach out to me and offered to spend time to assist me in figuring out what was needed to get this plugin working for my site. Unfortunately, by this time I had already found an alternate solution that I had implemented and paid for. Fast forward to 7 months later, and it turns out my subscription was on autorenew and I was charged the annual renewal fee again (my fault for not taking the time to figure out making sure my subscription was cancelled.) Mike at smallfish replied to me within the hour by refunding the renewal and helping to cancel the subscription going forward. While I am sad I couldn’t get this plugin to work for my needs, I feel like this developer is deserving of a revised review for his superb customer service. He knew I was no longer a loyal customer, but that didn’t stop him from replying to help me in a timely and friendly manner, and I feel like that is the mark of true customer service. Thanks.

Wanted to like this plugin. Paid for the premium version to get more accurate shipping rates, as we were frequently having issues with the weight based calculations on the free version, and losing money on our shipping due to it. I was never able to get the pro version to calculate shipping based on weight and packaging as it should do. I reached out a few times to the developer and never heard back. I will now have to find an alternative shipping plugin for my site.
