• Support staff appears to scan support requests rather than read them carefully, didn’t appear to believe me when I explained the problem – multiple times (over a period of a week!), appeared to make the minimum effort in investigating the problem. When I was unable to update the theme, they kept asking for log-in details. After I submitted those three times (with a screen shot of the previous submission), I switched themes.

    Update: CEO of Brainstorm contacted me. I have taken part-responsibility for one problem. Sujay has communicated ways to improve to his support staff.
