Discard Incomplete Forms

    Hello Support,

    I have a form created and placed on the linked page. The sections are created as required as the last page is essential contact details. However, if a person exits the form without going to the last page I still get the incomplete submission.

    Is there a way to indicate and discard of incomplete submissions?

    Thank you for your topic.

    Could you please tell us your Survey Maker version and also send us the survey link?

    Please also explain in more detail how exactly you are getting this case.

    If possible, a short video showing the process of taking the survey and then how the incomplete submission appears in the admin dashboard would be very helpful.

    Hello Jasmine,

    I am using Survey Maker v7.1.3 and the survey is embedded on page https://gmc-mca.org/membership/ titled “Grace Connect”.

    When a person takes the survey, they are guided through various pages using logic jumps depending on the answer they choose. Each route leads finally to a “Contact” page for us to provide them with feedback. This is the only page with the submit button. However, we have found that if they simply close the survey after they have started, without reaching the end, the survey sends us a report of what they have entered. Therefore, we get a blank “Contact” page with no way to follow up.

    I can send you an image or a copy of submission separately as I cannot upload here.
