A link or a screenshot to where you’re seeing the issue would help us determine what’s probably going on. I have to believe it’s likely CSS related somehow.

From the looks of it, and using a basic test from a local install, it appears that the section has a very low line-height applied to it somehow. Not going to be able to confirm myself without an link to the actual page in question.
Yeah, I am wondering if it is in the plugin itself or in the themes css for the footer.
http://www.pctrf.org has the error on it.

That did it. I changed the line height to normal and it is fixed. Thank you for your help Michael.
