Hi @jelfsy Matt
Can you confirm it’s this admin page that you’re looking at? Prepend it with your domain in question, if needed to visit it.
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=cc_woo
As is, it’s potentially connected because it’s no longer showing. Not an absolute guarantee as you’ve kind of noted already.
When you were first trying, did it prompt you to log in to your account at all? or did it just refresh the page with the button gone?

Hello
Thanks for your reply. Yes, this is the page I’m looking at.
I’ve a feeling that a previous admin on the web site might have had the plugin installed at some point, as when I installed it I just didn’t get the ‘Connect with Constant Contact’ option.
The issue is I can’t see any trace of new lists related to WooCommerce, and my test customer didn’t import.
Is it possible I can resolve this by removing the plugin and manually cleaning up the tables in phpMyAdmin to remove all data?
Might that prompt the ‘Connect with Constant Contact’ option when I install it again?
Many thanks for your help,
Matt
A primary option to try removing would be cc_woo_import_connection_established from the wp_options table.
Other options that we have are below, if you want to be a complete-ist for clearing:
cc_woo_api_user_id
cc_woo_first_connection
constant_contact_for_woo_has_setup
Quick question to help us possibly narrow down sources of conflict. Do you happen to have Slider Revolution installed on your website?

Hello again
We do have quite a few plugins, but not this one.
Regarding the wp_options table, it seems that the files you mention are removed upon uninstall, as they are not appearing in our database.
I’m not sure what else to try now. It seems there isn’t a way to reconnect the plugin to a CC account.
Thanks for your help so far.
Best wishes, Matt
It does appear that we delete the CC_CONNECTION_ESTABLISHED_KEY option during deactivation process which is going to be the cc_woo_import_connection_established key specifically. However the others appear to be left intact. I am passing this thread along to others involved with the plugin to see what we can do to address usability issues like this.
Thanks for your patience and feedback thus far.
