Would love a proper support thread for this.
We are definitely aware and actively trying to make things considerably more stable. The issues are stemming from the refresh process, as access tokens have lifespans of 24hr.
We have a version being tested out by some that removes the WP Cron integration in favor of letting other, more scoped processes handle refreshing of tokens when needed. The refresh tokens are one time use only, whether they succeed or not, which is part of the issue at hand.
If you’re interested in trying out that beta version, we can provide a link to the files. Alternatively, the form embed functionality from your ConstantContact dashboard is still a completely valid method to get forms in place and signups for your marketing purposes.

I’d take a link to the beta version, sure. If it doesn’t work, I’ll go back to embedding forms.
Thanks for the speedy reply!
This version linked at https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/xtar5i64n8pfiuu16s919/constant-contact-forms-beta.zip?rlkey=06dvgk0nr7tkx8wmc3cz1n9cp&dl=0 is based on 2.19.0, and the version numbers are going to reflect that, but the name of the plugin in the listing should have “BETA” mentioned in it.
We’re not promising that it’ll make things perfect, but we’re hoping that the changes will continue to massively boost that stability.
