When a consumer signs up for a monthly subscription on my site I am able to give them a discount code for the first month’s service free of charge. When they input their personal information as well as their credit card info, and then their their discount code above that, the credit card information box disappears. Does this mean that their credit card information does not get submitted to which they would then have to submit their credit card information the following month to begin the payment? Also, why wouldn’t the discount code be below the credit card information where just above the submit button? Is there any way that I could get that switched?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ryan3smith5,

This can happen for two reasons:

    • your discount code is for 100% of the payment value and you have it configured to also apply to recurring payments. There is a toggle on the discount code which can set this option
    • your subscription plan is not set to automatically renew. This can be a setting on the plan to make it non-recurring or the global PMS -> Settings -> Payments -> Renewal setting

Verify these and if the plan is recurring and the discount code is not for 100% of all the future values, the credit card fields should remain on the form.

We don’t have an option to move the Discount Details box in another place.

    Regards.
