discount not applying on checkout

    HI there – wea re using the plugin but its not giving anyone a discount on checkout on their first order

    Ok, can you try saving discount configuration in plugin settings and see if that works?

    hi ive gone into the coupon and saved that again, plus into your plugin settings and save that again – is that what you mean

    still the same issue at the moment

    Can you check your cart template code and make sure that “woocommerce_before_cart” hook is called on cart page?

    not sure
    im using divi ecommerce pro would that affect it ? as it has its own wc-function-hooks.php file

    @hmmcrunchy May be. Sometimes these frontend tools disable some of woo hooks. If you have a staging environment, then you can test this plugin with storefront theme and let me know your findings.
