discount on variants

We are selling nutritional supplements and we are selling for example protein in different flavors.

I activated “Wholesale price” with 3 levels and fix discount amount.

We like to offer protein with a discount of the same product but with different flavours.
We are offering 10 flavors for our article Protein 1.000g.

For example customer selects 1 x vanille and 1 chocolate.

The plugin gives discount on 2 x Vanille but not for 1 x vanille and 1 chocolate.
We tried but we still found out how to do.

Could you please help.
