Discount per rule execution bug

Hi, I tried to setup a discount where a user’s cart subtotal can reduce £5 per £50 they spent in the store.

I have attached my setup below, however, instead of executing only once if the customer spent between £50-100, it executed twice. And for £100-150, it executed 3 times instead of 2 times.
