Discount Rules “Flycart”

    I have been having issues with the plugin and it has been going on for 3 weeks now. They requested FTP access to my staging site but can’t seem to use Firezilla to access it. I had my hosting team test the pathway and it worked fine. In one email, they told me to check my PHP memory limit, but no instructions on how to check that with the plugin in WordPress. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m really not wanting to recreate all the ongoing coupons/discounts I have within this plugin…

    Hi @gkkb3 ,

    I am not sure if I understand your issue properly. For your information, our plugin doesn’t offer any “discount rules”, like offering dynamic pricing or discounts. Our plugin only offers 2 kindf of discount: auto-priced (fixed amount or fixed percentage) and fixed total price.

    We do have plugin called WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce, but I am not sure if you are addressing the right plugin or not.

    If possible, please describe your issue more clearly with some images or video for us to reproduce the settings from our site.
