Discount stopped at 91% processing status

    I set a discount and the plugin stopped at 91% processing status. Now I can’t delete the discount or update it. I’m totally stuck on this error.

    which version are you using? Are you having any errors in log?

    We’re using version 5.13. And we dont have related errors in log.

    Hi @davidperezgon ,

    In database – table {wpdb_prefix}wpcd_discounts – make the processed_chunks column value same as total_chunks and set the status to 0 if you are applying the discount and 1 if you are removing the discount for the discount having the issue.

    You should do this only for the process which is stuck. You can find it’s ID by clicking on “View Progress” and it will be there in the URL.
