Discount System Not Working

I have a problem and need some help sorting it. I Have emailed support twice with no response 🙁

I need to set up different discount rates per season when a customer books 7 days.

I have done this but it always applies the first discount rate and doesn’t apply the discount applicable to the date ranges inputted.

I need this to go live today and really could do with some help
