Discount tax issue

    Hello,

    I’ve been using the plugin’s pro version on multiple sites. My problem is that the discount isnt taxed when apllied on the order. So we can’t make a bill from the system.

    I’m attaching the plugin settings, the product settings, and the order.

    Since you are using the Premium version of our plugin, kindly contact our developers at our Support Forum https://wpc.ticksy.com/ . They will guide you further on which data they need to troubleshoot this issue.

    @janilyn409 I have the same issue as @sorosalmos, Taxes are not added into the bill, i tried to find it but i cant. it looks ok because my bundle is set as taxed but there is no VAT on the bill, I set fix discount for bundle and it shows with no vat on the bill…
