Discount tax

    Previously, the tax content of discounts was 0%, and that’s what appeared on the invoice. Has anything changed since then? Is it now possible to specify the tax content of the discount, or can the discount automatically inherit the tax rate of the products in the cart?

    Hi @fecoka ,

    For your information, it depends on how you choose the price set up for your store. By default, the discount is not applicable to taxation. It is not possible to find a tax rate and tax class for the discount, especially when the bundled su products have different tax rates. The tax will be calculated based on the tax rate and tax class of the main bundle’s total price after subtracting the discount. That is how our plugin calculates the prices.

    However, if you use third-party plugins to provide dynamic pricing or discount rules, or checkout payments, they might interfere with the calculation of our plugin. For these cases, we cannot solve it.
